early dismissal, sick leave, and absences

Good morning parents!

It is day three here at ICS summer fun camp and things are moving along smoothly.  Here are a few important announcements for you to read and take note of:

1)  If your child needs to take sick leave, is absent for the day for another reason, or if you need to collect your child early for any reason, please let us know the details as soon as you can.  When you contact us via phone or email, please include the group your child is in (for example, Yellow A or Grape).  This makes it much easier for us to locate the right child, particularly in the event that two children have the same name.
Whenever possible, inform us about sick leave, absent leave, or early dismissal at least a day in advance.  You can email us at summerprogram@ics.edu.hk or you can call us directly at 3920-0260, 3920-0261, or 3920-0262.

2)  If you do arrange for early dismissal for your child, the pick up point will be the Hong Yip security station just to the right of the parking garage as you enter.  When you arrive at the security station, explain you are here to pick up a child for early dismissal.  The security office will call us, and we will escort your child down to the security room.
