incident reports

Good Afternoon parents and families of 2014 session one Summer Fun Camp students!
While we strive to keep our campus as safe as possible, occasionally in a classroom, accidents happen.  These could be something like paint being spilled on clothing, a child feeling homesick and crying, or a child being injured playing games.  In most situations, our teachers and TAs handle the situation.  In the event of an injury, the student is brought to our school nurse who is on site all day.  In all of these events, an "incident report" is filled out, photocopied for our records, and the original is placed into the child's bag by the end of the day.  This is our way to communicate with you on anything out of the ordinary that may have happened during the day.  Please check your child's bag upon pick up or upon their arrival home to see whether anything happened during the day that might need more attention at home.  

Please note:  if the incident occurs very late in the day, close to dismissal, sometimes the incident report will be placed in the child's bag the following day.
