(Week One Recap) Ages 7-10: Blue Groups A-B

In music, we heard about the testimony of Ron Hamilton and his willingness to trust God even though tragedy struck his life. He is an important writer of children's Christian songs.

In Drama class, we have been writing mini-plays about activities that happen at school.  We practiced and performed these plays for one another today!  The performances were very fun to watch. We even used funny wigs to make the shows even more fun.

Today in adventure activities we let the children list all the games they have played this week and voted on their 'Friday favorites' to play.

This week in Art Class we focused on abstract art. We learned that God made us beautiful, the same way we try to make beautiful things in Art Class. We are all special and unique just like our art work! Today, all classes will finish the collages they started yesterday and complete a Week One Review Worksheet.

Today in games and movements ( 7-10 ) children learned a European game, handball. The children were divided into two teams. They worked together to get the ball in the opposing team's net.
