arrival & dismissal announcements

Greetings parents of ICS Summer Fun Camp Students -

Our first week is nearly finished, and time has flown quickly!  The students are enjoying themselves, and we appreciate your cooperation with morning drop-off and afternoon pick up.  In general, things have been going very smoothly.

A couple of important announcements:

1)  In some cases, you need to pick up your children early, and we are happy to accommodate that.  However, we are asking that if you intend to pick up your child early, you must pick them up before 12:15.  Because of the busy-ness at the end of the day, it is hard for us to organize pick ups after 12:15, as we are preparing for the dismissal of all of the students.  If you cannot pick up your child before 12:15, you will have to wait to pick them up at the normal dismissal time.

2)  If you drive to the school to drop off/pick up your child, you will have to wait outside the car park until the buses have gone.  It is too congested inside the car park with both buses and cars trying to maneuver around.  Our management staff will ask you to wait outside until the buses have cleared the garage.
